Victoria envisioned a reception that felt like an elegant garden brought indoors—lush, romantic, and surrounded by natural beauty. With the venue’s soaring wood beams and expansive wall of windows as the backdrop, every design element was thoughtfully curated to enhance the space while creating an unforgettable guest experience.

Embracing the architecture of the venue, we designed a dramatic greenery tunnel illuminated with elegant chandeliers, creating a breathtaking entrance that welcomed guests into the celebration and set the tone for the evening.

The reception layout was intentionally designed to feel immersive and inviting. A diagonal dance floor was surrounded by warm wood farm tables and our signature table arbors, layered with cascading greenery to create the feeling of dining within a lush indoor garden. The unique arrangement encouraged guests to gather, connect, and fully experience the beauty of the space.

The serpentine head table became a true statement piece, featuring our custom chandelier hook system that allowed us to suspend chandeliers above the table without attaching anything to the venue structure. The result was a romantic, candlelit focal point that appeared to float effortlessly above the celebration.

Every detail was carefully designed to transform the reception into a garden-inspired masterpiece—showcasing how thoughtful planning, creativity, and intentional design can elevate any space into something truly extraordinary.
