From the moment guests arrived, Greg and Sanri's wedding was designed to be more than a celebration—it was an unforgettable experience. Following their ceremony at Olive Baptist Church, guests were welcomed to an extraordinary reception at The Pointe Golf Club, where every detail was thoughtfully curated to surprise, entertain, and immerse them in the evening.
The design embraced a refined palette of greens and crisp whites, blending modern sophistication with timeless elegance. Modern floral arrangements featuring calla lilies, hydrangeas, roses, anthuriums, and cascading amaranthus softened the contemporary design while creating striking focal points throughout the venue.
Beneath the tent, two grand floral installations anchored luxurious white lounge seating arranged in an inviting zigzag layout. Striped linens added a tailored touch to the café tables nestled throughout each lounge setting, creating intimate spaces for guests to gather and enjoy the celebration. A custom-painted green bar, complete with the couple's monogram, was paired with coordinating barback shelving wrapped in matching striped fabric for a cohesive, custom-designed statement. Another custom floral statement were lush greens and Calla Lily's cascading out at the base of our chandelier hooks.
One of the evening's standout features was our custom chandelier hook system suspended above the dance floor. Empire chandeliers floated overhead, while the base of the structure was filled with abundant greenery and elegant calla lilies, creating the feeling of a lush garden growing from the edge of a tranquil pond. The combination of natural textures and warm lighting created a striking focal point that drew guests to the heart of the celebration.
True to the couple's vision, the reception offered guests countless ways to celebrate. Vintage telephone booths, a custom mini golf experience, an expansive merchandise display, a cigar lounge, live entertainment from both a DJ and a band, and interactive spaces throughout the venue ensured there was always something to discover.
The surprises didn't stop there. Guests were thrilled by appearances from Big Al of the Alabama Crimson Tide—a tribute to Greg's lifelong love for Alabama football—as well as Maverick from the Pensacola Ice Flyers. Even the Ice Flyers' Zamboni made an appearance, serving as a one-of-a-kind photo opportunity that perfectly reflected the couple's personalities and made the celebration truly unforgettable.
