delivery information

Our delivery service consists of delivering your rental items to the venue. Any deliveries with stairs, elevators, or pathways with large obstacles that could prevent easy access to the drop-off location, or over 100' from our trailer will be billed a flat rate of $250, if not disclosed to LUXE when booking. 

We will not deliver or allow for pick-up unless balance is paid in full 14 days prior to your event. If an item is added within the 14 days, that item must be paid in full before we can load it on the trailer. 

NEW deliveries placed less than 7 days in advance will be subject to an Express Fee.

In cases of inclement weather, we ask that you provide LUXE a rain plan for events that are schedule to be outdoors. If it rains on the event day, and setup is delayed or we have to setup more than one time, the client will be billed an additional delivery fee. Please keep in mind that we have multiple events every day, and our delivery crew has a schedule that they have to keep. For this reason, we will not always have time to wait for bad weather to pass, or for you to come up with a backup plan on the day of your event. In these instances if LUXE is not able to setup as planned, there will be no refund for items unused. 

Our delivery crews cannot setup or move items that are not rented from us or do not belong to LUXE.

We offer a couple different ways to receive your items. We allow clients to pickup their items and decorate themselves.  For those of you that still want that LUXE touch, we do offer the complete setup and takedown package. With these two options, we hope to be able to service more clients and offer flexibility with these options.

This service offers a service beyond just delivering your rental items. Our full-service installation along with breakdown services, of all your rentals, allows you not to have to lift a finger and can focus on enjoying your day. We arrive early to your event to ensure we have everything setup in plenty of time. we will then be back at the end of your event to break everything down. With this service, we want your event to look its very best and our team never leaves a venue until everything is just perfect. With the Setup and Breakdown service we do have a minimum rental order of $500 excluding the delivery and pickup fee within Pensacola, and a $1000 minimum, excluding delivery and pickup, outside of Pensacola. For an additional fee, we can also setup any items that you have brought and want placed in desired locations. 


Clients are allowed to pickup their items from our warehouse the day before their event, as long as it's not rented for that day. However, not all items we carry are available for this option. Delivery is required for our wood tables, most lounge furniture, bars, and most arbors...this is subject to LUXE discretion.

With this option, an enclosed trailer, van, or rental truck is required to be able to pickup and return the items. Tarps are not acceptable as an alternative to an enclosed vehicle. All rental items must remain dry. 

We also will require you to have a credit card on file for any incidentals.

For orders that fall below our minimum of $500 (excluding delivery fees), clients will need to pick up their items.
This is further explained in our contract. 


Labor fees are based on the items selected and the number of employees to install the agreed upon design. It includes the time spent on delivering, setting-up at the event and taking down after the event is over. It also includes time spent loading and prepping for the event and once items return back to the warehouse, the time spent unloading and cleaning/repairing the items.  If your venue has stairs, or over a 100’ distance from trailer to location, or on the beach, additional fees will apply. This is further explained in our contract. 




Delivery fees are based on the location. Within Pensacola, we charge a $100 delivery fee. This is for orders of $500 or more of rental items,  excluding the delivery and labor fees. Outside of Pensacola, the delivery fee is based on the mileage from our warehouse and the fuel cost to deliver to that area. For orders in Ft. Walton, Gulf Shores, and Destin, the minimum order is  $1500, excluding delivery and labor fees. For orders in PCB, Sandestin, 30A, and Mobile, the minimum order is $2,000, excluding delivery and labor fees.
