Bailey and Wesley's wedding at 511 Event Venue was a bright summer celebration filled with soft pastel florals and cheerful yellow accents. Designed for more than 300 guests, every space throughout the venue had its own look while still feeling connected from beginning to end.

Guests were welcomed with a champagne wall before making their way through the venue's three event spaces. Inside, dining tables were layered with candlelight and delicate floral arrangements, while the courtyard featured comfortable lounge seating and tables gathered beneath floral-covered chandeliers, creating a relaxed place for guests to mingle.

The reception tent completely transformed the space. Floor-to-ceiling draping, custom-built bars and bar backs, and arched shelving wrapped in custom yellow and white wallpaper created a fresh, personalized design. Recessed bar fronts allowed oversized floral arrangements to become part of the bars themselves, adding another layer of detail throughout the tent.

A large white dance floor sat beneath a suspended floral installation, becoming the centerpiece of the reception. Custom stage facades, colorful lounge groupings, bistro tables, and layered seating invited guests to gather, celebrate, and dance well into the evening.
